REGISTRATION DETAILS

The Full Delegate Registration fee includes:
    * all delegate materials (name tag, satchel, abstract book),
    * lunches, Wednesday until Friday
    * morning teas from Wednesday until Friday
    * afternoon teas on Wednesday and Thursday
    * light breakfast at the meet the professor sessions from Wednesday to Friday
    * the Welcome Function and the Conference Dinner

The Day Registration fee includes:
    * all delegate materials (name tag, satchel, abstract book)
    * lunch for the specified day
    * morning teas for the specified day
    * afternoon teas for the specified day
    * light breakfast at the meet the professor session for the specified day

The Member Rates apply to those who are current financial members of ADS or ADEA. To be eligible for the Student rate, delegates must be engaged in full time academic study and if asked, provide a copy of their student card as well as a letter supporting their status from the head of their department. Trade Registrations are avilable for companies in addition to included trade passes. Tickets to the functions can be purchased for these. Some trade passes are included with your exhibition space, and additional ones are available at the same cost as a student non-member rate. A Tax Invoice (receipt) will be provided for all registrants as the fee includes a GST component, which will represent a credit for some delegates. The ABN for the conference is 55 678 284 039.  All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
Please use the above link to register for the ADS ADEA Annual Scientific Meeting 2010.
In 2010 ASN is introducing their new registration system. The first step is to record your personal details on your own ‘dashboard’. If you have already completed it for your abstract or another ASN event, you will not have to repeat this, just login to your ‘dashboard’.
As you complete any section of the ‘dashboard’, you will receive a confirmation email.
You can use your email and password to access your registration at any time to make any necessary changes, coming back to it over a period of time as you are ready to confirm more detail.   

REGISTRATION PAYMENT
A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges. This has its own section on the ‘dashboard’. The payment options are:
Credit card -  visa or mastercard
Cheque  (either personal or from your institute)
Direct debit  (you will be emailed banking instructions upon application)
An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. You can reprint this and your receipt from your ‘dashboard’ at any time.
The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.
All online registrations are checked by the secretariat. If there is any query they will contact you. If you wish to make changes r additions after you have registered, return to your ‘dashboard’. The ‘dashboard’ also keeps a record of any abstract you have submitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of A$100 if made in writing before 1st August 2010. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty.

INSURANCE
The Registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Meeting Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.
