Accor Hotels are providing our delegates with a direct link into their booking system - the same system used from their own web page and gives you access to all their specials. There is an important difference from their web page though - you can get a 10% discount by using this link. When booking your accommodation, you will be able to select the type of rate you require. Fully flexible rates do not need to be paid for until arrival and allow changes and for many will be good value. These same conditions are built into the special ASN rates.

You can re-visit your registraion and book at any time with the new ASN system. However please note:
1. the Accor rates are dynamic - like airfares they change with time. If you see a good rate, grab it. You can take the fully flexible ASN discount rate and then replace it with a special without penalty closer to the event if the rates drop
